The Pacific

Dear Friends: I apologise for the intermittent nature of Ocean Vagrant. On the list of bad ideas by nick black, number 10,000,033 is ‘I’ve got my blackberry, I won’t bother taking a laptop’ – stupidity incarnate. So I’ve borrowed my skipper’s and started to write up diary entries from an actual handwritten log.

We’re heading out into the Pacific this morning. I should be in California in June, looking for work – my new bad idea is to boat hitchhike/work/whatever – round the world. But you never know. Life gets in the way.
